Sand making production line also known as sand and gravel production line mainly consist of the jaw crusher, vertical shaft impact crusher (sand making machine), vibrating screen, sand washing machines and a belt conveyor. Process flow of sand making production line
First of all, the stone is crushed by coarse crusher machine,such as jaw crusher. Then the materials is transported by the belt conveyor to the secondary crusher machine, such as cone crusher. Finally, screen the material into two kinds. The stone that meet the requiement of sand making machine feeding size is used to make sand. The other stone is back to the crusher to crush again.
The stone is done by the sand making machine, one part is into sand washing machine to make finished sand. The other is crushing again.
