It can crush rocks with strength of 147-245Mpa. The main disadvantage of jaw crusher is that lifetime of jaw plates is short. In order to solve this problem, our company has used special material for it. Meanwhile fluid coupling is used in jaw crusher to improve start process, and avoid overload.
Impact crusher is a commom crushing machine, and it can crush limestone, granite, basalt, bluestone, etc with the diameters from 100mm to 500mm, and its crushing compression strength is not more than 320Mp. Impact Crusher features: big reduction ratio, high crushing efficiency, and convenient maintenance. The final product is desirable for aggregate used in highway, railway surface, water and electricity industry.
