Impact Crusher working principle
Though impact crusher has several types, there are similarities between the structure and the working principle. The main part of impact crusher is rotor with blow bar. The material into the crushing chamber is assaulted by blow bar, threw to the impact plate with high speed. The materials in the impact crusher is striked again and back to the rotor. The strike is again and again until the material is broken to the final size. In this process, the materials strike the materials, and strike the plate. Through these efforts, the material is broken along the weak areas.
Impact Crusher Operation and maintenance
- Check the impact crusher before starting the machine. Check whether bolt is loose, whether wear piece is a serious wear and tear. Once discover the problems, resolve it.
- Start the impact crusher machine in accordance with the order. Stoping it is the same.
- In normal operation, we should always check the lubrication system.
- Regularly changed lubricants. Check bearing temperature. Normal temperature is no more than 75℃, if it is above it, stop the impact crusher machine immedially, and adopt some measures.
